Bobby Thompson is a retired carpenter from Gardiner, Maine who decided to face his doubts about writing and bring his stories to life. A lifelong storyteller, Bobby spent countless hours weaving tales for his wife, whose unwavering belief in his talent convinced him his imagination was worth sharing with the world.

Translating those stories to the page meant treating the craft with the same grit and discipline he brought to his trade. Bobby poured countless hours into mastering fiction, grinding through endless drafts, and obsessively editing every line to bring his debut novel to life. Every late night was fueled by a single relentless goal: to give readers a story worth their time and to make his wife proud.

When not writing, Bobby can be found lost in the melodies of his guitar, reflecting his artistry and love for creative expression. An avid music enthusiast and dedicated reader, he balances serious aspirations with quiet moments of reflection, good cigars, and connection with readers at thedrugagainstwar.com.
